PROPERTY Description

In order to make your stay as confortable as possible we have provide you with some basic information about your holiday home .

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ,beautiful terrace and a private garden, has a fully fitted kitchen including hob ,electric oven ,dishwasher and washing machine .

The apartment has a strikt no smoking policy .

Smoking on the terrace is permited .

The apartment will be availble to you from 4 pm on the day of your arrival ,and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on the day of your departure ,but for any other hours we can communicate.. Parking place is outside on the street .

Supermarkets such as Mercadona , Lidl and Supersol are at 5 minutes distance in car and are open from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. WIFI :The wifi code is on the bottom of the router -the large numbers.

The rubbish bin are outside the urbanisation ,please dispose of your rubbish regularly as with the high temperatures we experience in Spain ,rubbish left inside for any time is likely to attract some unwanted visitors ! In Park Beach are 2 swimming pools and you should feel free to use wichever one you prefer .

Directly oposite the apartment you will find the entrance to the urbanisation where the swimming pools are .

The beach is at 30 second walking distance from the apartment .

In case of emergency ,calls will be accepted until 10pm.Please note however that dependent on the problem ,there may be a charge.
